Seattle Art Suite
The Seattle Art Suite is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mother-in-law apartment located in the Green Lake/Wallingford neighborhood just north of downtown Seattle. When you walk out the door, two mountain ranges are visible from the street; the Olympics and the Cascades. It's centraly located and just 2 miles from the University of Washington, 4 miles from the Space Needle, and 5 miles from the world famous Pike Place Market.

SAS & MAIN HOUSE
The Seattle Art Suite is a separate space from the main house (which is owner occupied) and has its own key-less keypad entry system, so no need to worry about locking your keys inside.
SAS ENTRANCE
First Bedroom
The first bedroom of the SAS includes a queen-sized bed and dresser. The bed is dressed with luxurious bedding and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closet.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom of the SAS has two twin beds, a dresser, and a nightstand that doubles as linen storage. If you prefer to have a king-sized bed in the space, there is a conversion kit in the closet that the owner can prepare if given notice. In addition, for a small fee, the twin beds can be swapped out for a desk, chair, and printer.

The SAS shares a laundry room with the main house which also has its own private laundry, so the owners only use the SAS shared laundry when there is significant overflow. The laundry area includes detergent and other supplies and the full-size washer and dryer are new.

SAS LIVING ROOM
In the living room you’ll find a comfy Stickley leather sofa to relax on as you watch cable on the 50-inch HD television. There is also a Blu-ray player, stereo, a collection of books, and board games to keep you entertained.
SAS KITCHEN AND DINING
The SAS includes a very modern dining area with a round glass table that can double as a work station. It has a full kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances including a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, garbage disposal, coffee maker, gas range, and oven. It also includes a large selection of household items including pots, pans, plates, mugs, cups, glasses, bottle openers, utensils—everything you need to feel right at home.
BATHROOM
The SAS includes a full private bath with shower and tub. There are plenty of fresh towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hair dryer, first aid kit, and other bath supplies in the space.
